diet...
today im going to be talking about what is needed to mantain a good helthy diet, most of these you my of herd of befor. the first would be to take on plenty of vitimins and minarals these can easly be gained from frute, veggtables, or slimply a glass of milk. for more great diet tips stay tuned or check out south beach diet website

rugby and mantaing good health...
Hi dudes, im going to be talking about rugby and haveing a good diet to work well with this sport. R ugby is a very phisycl game and i have played it for arownd 5 years, the key componets to help you the most with playing this sport are power and strenght. these are easy compnets to buld up but are easly lost if not mantained. to mantane a good amont of strength many experts recomend to eat is at least 60 grams per day as this will give you all the amino acids your body need. many comapnys do sell weigh protein wich an easy and efective way to take on that protein, i would deffently recomend these for anyone with a keen intrest in playing rugby.

alright people :D
hi guys, today im going to talk about the basics to ears streching. first of all you need to get your hands on a 2 mm taper or pincher or for the American system is know as a 12 gauge. I would recomend haveing this in for atleast 2 to 3 week befor streching again, this alows your ear ear to strech properly :) i would recomend never to skip a size and to clean it dayly.
