rugby and mantaing good health...

Hi dudes, im going to be talking about rugby and haveing a good diet to work well with this sport. R ugby is a very phisycl game and i have played it for arownd 5 years, the key componets to help you the most with playing this sport are power and strenght. these are easy compnets to buld up but are easly lost if not mantained. to mantane a good amont of strength many experts recomend to eat is at least 60 grams per day as this will give you all the amino acids your body need. many comapnys do sell weigh protein wich an easy and efective way to take on that protein, i would deffently recomend these for anyone with a keen intrest in playing rugby.
